This is was originally an ancient farmhouse built in 1708 in the purest tradition of the farms from Le Grand-Bornand.

It has been entirely restored respecting the spirit of the place and the material of origin, and three cosy guests rooms have been restored.

As for its name “La Ferme de Vanille”, it owes it to the name of one of its two permanent residents, the she-ass Vanille, who shares the stable with her daughter Noisette.

  




“La Ferme de Vanille” is located in the hamlet named “Les Frasses”, which offers a magnificient view over the Aravis chain.
Situated 4 kilometres away from the village of Le Grand-Bornand, it is very close to the ski runs of Le Chinaillon.
